Leveling Up Support For Educators’ Many Needs with Content2Classroom

For 75 years, the Chicago-based Great Books Foundation has been on a mission to foster critical thinking in readers and learners of all ages. Recently, the Foundation has focused efforts on K–8 students through the Junior Great Books program.

The Great Books Foundation, a Chicago-based organization focused on fostering critical thinking, sought to enhance its digital offerings for K-8 students while maintaining the integrity of its instructional materials. They embarked on a search for a partner to help them take this strategic step and found Content2Classroom, a company that shared their mission and had the technical capabilities to support their goals. Together, they developed the Junior Great Books Digital Classroom, a comprehensive online platform that streamlined the learning process, incorporated audio recordings of texts, aligned activities with standards, and facilitated evaluation and grading. The partnership with Content2Classroom has significantly improved the user experience and flexibility for teachers, resulting in increased license purchases. The collaboration continues to evolve based on user feedback, promising continued success and growth in the future.
